i have not the Hilllllary skill that the great Tom Fluharty has-----just google hillary caricatures...no one comes even CLOSE to Tom! not on the same PLANET! ---but i got my call last nite about 9, and God was nice enough to let me find the right reference pics, and gave me the grace to draw her to my liking. but not on the same PLANET with the great TOM FLUHARTY.


so----today could be FUN!

the Yellow illo with the europeans yelling at Uncle Sam was done years ago-----and was the Last illo the weekly standard used me for for many years. the AD did not like it, (it was one of my favorite illos ever at the time) and i didn't get a call untill Tom aclled me one day and said there was a NEW AD there, and that i should give him a call. I did. took a wild guess at the extension on the phone, and Philip answered. It's been a fun time ever since!!
