as you can plainly see here.....the illustrator was obvioulsy trying to "TARGET " the crotch of the character on the left with those circles.  (shown here-- before and after correction )

i bought some oil paints!!!  first time in 30 years!   i don't  know how to use them, but youtube is waiting  to show me how!   exciting times
